Inspired by Japan's legendary Zenkyo cattle show — held once every five years and known as the "Wagyu Olympics" — the North American Wagyu Zenkyo brings that spirit of excellence to the American continent. Organized by the Texas Wagyu Association, American Akaushi Association, and the American Wagyu Association, this is the premier gathering of Black Wagyu, Akaushi, Composite, and Percentage cattle in North America.

Beyond the show ring, the event celebrates Wagyu culture: live culinary demonstrations, a steak competition, food trucks, and an industry tradeshow — something for breeders, chefs, and food lovers alike.
